Activity Fee

An annual amount is payable on enrolment and at the beginning of the year to cover pre-booked schoolwide shows and performers.

We advise parents in writing if money is required by your child for stationery or special events they are involved in. Any money sent to school should be in a named, sealed envelope and with what it is for clearly stated on the outside.

If at any time there are financial circumstances which make payment difficult, please see the Office Manager regarding an payment plan programme.

In the interests of child safety we request that drivers are considerate and careful when dropping off or picking up pupils.

Parking for vehicles is available on all boundaries of the school site. Please do not park on the broken yellow lines or in the school carpark.

Personal Information

All information related to students is treated with the strictest confidence. It is important that certain personal information is known by the school to ensure the safety and welfare of each student.

For this reason any changes to addresses or telephone numbers, both work and home, should be forwarded to the School Office as soon as possible and changes to parenting orders should be advised to the Principal promptly.

School Office

The School Office is open from 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 3.30pm on Friday. Parents should endeavour to telephone or visit the school between these hours. The school has an answer phone service operating outside these hours. All staff have full time teaching commitments but if you wish to contact teachers the most suitable times to call are prior to 8.45am, 12.30pm – 1.30pm and after 3.10pm.

Parents can purchase stationery online or upon enrolment from the school office. Individual items of stationery may be ordered through the classroom.

Texts and reading books are supplied free, but in the case of loss or intentional damage, parents will be asked to pay replacement cost.

Telephone Enquiries

Parents can telephone the office with messages for students which will be passed on to the classroom if necessary during the day.

Visiting School

In the interests of security, all visitors including parents, are requested to report to the office to sign in. Parents and friends are welcome to visit the school and join in with many of our activities, as your involvement is an important part of the school programme.
